Refund & Replacement Policy
We, Orchid N Petals aim to deliver the best quality products & give our 100% professional services.
We inspect each product very carefully before it leaves for packaging. We also do our utmost to package and protect everything so that it doesn't get damaged on its way.

Easy Refund or Replacement
1) The product is totally different from what you ordered & was not informed beforehand for the same.
2) Returns for Plants and Pots category will be accepted only for Damaged/ Defective products. Refund will be provided only in case replacement for the same product is not available.
3) If a wrong or damaged product is delivered, then it has to be informed to us with the product image, order ID within 24 hours after delivery from your registered mobile number or email id from where the order was placed, if fail to do so later it won’t be entertained. We will initiate a refund or send the replacement product accordingly.

Note: For "Seeds" category product once sold there is no refund & replacement for the same.

Conditions for cancellations:
1) Cancellations on all categories are allowed only before the item is shipped from our warehouse, after which an order cannot be cancelled & entertained.
Please note that the plant might look a little dull due to transit stress. But be assured that exposure to sunlight and proper watering will revive the plant to its natural healthy state.
Refunds:
Your refund mode depends upon payment mode of order placement:
1) If you have placed a COD order, the amount will get refunded into your bank account within 7-8 working days.
2) If you have placed a prepaid order (used credit card/debit card/netbanking for placing order), then the money will be rolled back to your card/bank account within 5-7 working days post refund initiation.
