1. I just placed an order, when my order will be delivered?
The estimated delivery time is 5- 7 working days. Delivery can be early depending on the location.

2. Not received the tracking number yet?
You should receive the tracking number in 24-48 hours after the product is dispatched from our warehouse. (We are working on making this service prompt, thank you for your patience)

3. Where is my order?
Dear customer, as soon as product is shipped from our warehouse you will receive the tracking details on your registered mobile number from our courier partner so you can easily track your order. But still issue about not received tracking details or product is not moving ahead in your track; feel free to connect with us.
4. Why have i only received a part/half of my order?
Dear customer your order is arriving in two different shipments. If you look at your message closely the text message consists of two different order tracking numbers. Please get in touch with us if you need any further help with tracking your order.

5. Can I change my delivery date?
Sorry but we are not able to change the delivery date yet, but we are working on making this option available soon.

6. The item I would like to purchase is out of stock.
Connect with our support team via whatsup & share your request. Please enter your email id and you will be notified immediately once the product is back in stock.
7. Will my product look exactly like the one on the site?
While we make every effort to select plants that are similar in size and shape to the plants pictured on our website. However as plants are unique living being, there will be some variation in shape, size, and color.

8. Can I choose a specific delivery date?
Hey there!! we wish we could cater to your request however, we are using a third party courier services hence we cannot commit on a specific delivery date. (We are working on it, this services should be available soon)

9. Can I change or modify my contact details or address after placing the order?
Dear customer, you can simply call us or chat with us within 1 hour of placing the order and the team will do the needful for you during the working hours between Monday to Saturday (10.00 a.m. – 8.00 p.m.)
